01 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client"), and ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Nanjing Simpleway Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
By accessing our services, placing an order for 3D printing manufacturing, or engaging in our customization services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
02 Manufacturing Services
We provide end-to-end 3D printing solutions, including prototyping, customization, and mass production. Our capabilities include processing materials such as PLA, Nylon, TPU/TPE, and Copper ABS.
- Customization: All custom orders are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the Client.
- Material Standards: We ensure all raw materials meet international standards for strength, performance, and non-toxicity.
- Scalability: We reserve the right to adjust production timelines based on volume and capacity, with prior notice to the Client.
03 Orders & Specifications
The Client is responsible for providing accurate 3D models, technical drawings, and material requirements. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the Client.
Tolerance Policy
Unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing, our standard manufacturing tolerance is ±0.05mm. Variations within this range are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect.
04 Intellectual Property
Client IP: You retain all intellectual property rights to the designs, models, and files you submit to us. We use these files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your manufacturing order.
Our IP:All manufacturing processes, proprietary material blends, and internal methodologies developed by remain our exclusive property.
05 Payment & Logistics
Payment terms for large procurement orders (Belt and Road enterprise partners) are defined in the specific Purchase Agreement signed by both parties. For standard orders, full payment or a deposit is required prior to production commencement.
We strive to meet all delivery estimates. However, shipping timelines to Belt and Road countries may vary due to customs and logistics factors beyond our control.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
